Advanced EMT

Summary 

The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) program prepares students for a fast-paced career in emergency medical services as mid-level first responders. Students build on foundational EMT skills while gaining advanced, hands-on clinical experience in emergency settings, including IV access, intraosseous access, airway management, medication administration, and cardiac monitoring. The program prepares students to sit for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) AEMT certification exam and apply for state licensure.
